The private sea-front residence of a wealthy representative of a tobacco company and his family, stood for many decades apart from the rest of the town, offering immediate access to the beautiful Kryoneri beach and uninterrupted views of Parga town and castle.

Built in the early 1900s Villa Rossa remains Parga’s most prominent manor house, standing alone enveloped in an area of outstanding natural beauty with views stretching far out to sea.
We have carefully designed and individually refurbished the original seven bedrooms, with their high ceilings and large french windows, so as to combine the villa’s old world charm with today’s modern conveniences.

Using some of the original materials, furniture and lights the Villa Rossa Boutique Rooms&Suites combine style and comfort with spectacular sea views of the Panagitsa island and the Venetian castle.
Villa Rossa in the only building in Parga that stands on the town beach, we serve our Great Greek Buffet Breakfast right on the seafront and have direct access to this sandy beach. For your comfort we have also constructed individual wooded sundecks that come complete with sunbeds and beach umbrellas.

The original historic building is also home to a museum, a gallery, and a waterfront panoramic restaurant and beach bar where you can taste the best of Greek cuisine and sip cocktails with your feet in the sand.

The Villa Rossa Area is a home away from home with workshops and live events to entertain and enhance your knowledge of all things Greek, and a gift shop with carefully selected creations by local designers.
